ABRSM is the exam board of the Royal Schools of Music, delivering over 650,000 exams and assessments every year in 93 countries. ABRSM music exam board has designed their exams and assessments to motivate students of all levels and ages, giving them a series of realistic goals and tangible rewards for their achievements. They offer graded instrumental and singing exams for over 35 subjects, Music theory exams and Diploma exams in Kuwait.
The British Council is the representative of the Association Board of the Royal Schools of Music in Kuwait.
All registration are done online thorough the ABRSM portal both for written and practical https://kw.abrsm.org/en/
For Grades 1 – 5 the exam is online only
For grades 6-8 will have written papers
The practical exam is called the performance exam and there are two ways it is done- Digital and Face- to -Face

Due reasons outside our control, we have made the very difficult decision to cancel your exam appointment(s). We are sorry for the disappointment that this will cause.
ABRSM board will provide a full refund directly to affected candidates. Refunds may take up to 28 days to be processed and will be returned onto the original payment card.
While we are unable to hold face-to-face exams in your area, you may want to think about a digital Performance Grade or ARSM exam as an alternative. These are assessed from a submitted video recording and are available monthly.
