If you wish to drop one or more exam subjects, you will need to contact our customer services team or download and fill in the cancellation form below and submit it to our customer services team.
Our cancellation policy
- If a cancellation is made before the ‘regular entries’ deadline, a refund can be considered. Refund will be processed within 21 days
- No cancellations are possible after the ‘regular entries’ deadline, except on medical grounds. If a medical reason is given, any refund is subject to approval from the examining board. Medical evidence will be required. The decision of the examining board will then be available by the end of the examination session. For any refund on medical grounds, an administration fee of KWD 20 per examining board will be deducted.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted on the cancellation form. School candidates must submit applications via their school; Private candidates should contact British Council Customer Services.
- The British Council local fee is non transferrable from one exam session to another or from one subject to another.
Withdrawal during the late entry period
If you give us written notice of your intention to withdraw from the exam during the late entry period, you will not normally receive a refund.
The exception is that we may issue a refund on medical grounds, but this is at the exam board's discretion.
