  • Kindly note that it is the responsibility of the candidate to fill in the accurate details on the online registration portal, the British Council will not be responsible for any omission or incorrect entries made. It is important that candidates should refer to the syllabus to ensure that they are registering for the correct exams, subject and option codes.
  • Email id and mobile contact numbers are mandatory information to be provided while registering on Schools Registration System. Failure to do so or providing incorrect information may lead to non-receipt of important exams information  from British Council.
  • Candidates can only register at one Centre for any given session. The British Council is not responsible for any clash in the timetable that may occur as a result of registering at more than one Centre.
  •  A private candidate must be at least 16 years of age at the time of the examination. Please note that 11 years of School studies is required to apply for Equivalence from the Ministry of Private Education, Kuwait.  If a candidate above 16 years of age without 11 years of school  studies is applying for Cambridge examination to be eligible to apply to Universities outside Kuwait for higher studies, he/she will not be eligible for Equivalence from the Ministry of Private Education, Kuwait. 
  • Please note that your registration online will not be processed until the payment is made.
  • You might be required to submit a school leaving certificate or no objection letter if necessary.

Oxford international AQA examinaion

Step 2: Pay for your Exams Online

You will find the fees for CAIE exams in the application available at the bottom of this page.  Fee details for Pearson Edexcel examinations will be available on the Schools Registration System (SRS) portal.

Your registration will not be processed until you have paid for your exams.

You can pay via cash, Knet or credit card through our local British Council Customer services team.

PENALTY FEES

Each examination board has a normal registration stage for each exam session. You may still be able to register for exams after this date, but you will have to pay a penalty fee. You can find more information about late registration penalty fees through the British Council office.

Step 3: Registration Complete

You have successfully registered for school exams with the British Council.

You will receive a provisional Statement of Entry by email within five working days after your registration. SMS/email communication will be sent to notify candidates for the collection of the final Statement of Entry, CAIE Notice to Candidates and Examinations Venue letter. These documents should be collected from the British Council at least three weeks before the commencement of your exam. Late entry candidates should collect their Statements of Entry a week before the commencement of the exams.

NEED TO CANCEL OR AMEND YOUR ENTRY? 

Download the withdrawal and refunds form if you wish to cancel a subject. For amendments please download the amendment form below and submit it to the British Council customer service team. Please note there will be service charge depending on the registration stage at the time of request for this service.
